Dear International Office Team,

I am writing to express my strong interest in the opportunity to accompany BiUH students to the "Deutschsommer" Summer School 2026 in Germany as a supporting staff member.

As a graduate of the Master of Information Technology and Systems, I have developed strong organizational, analytical, and cross-cultural communication skills. Although my primary background is in technology and data analysis, I am deeply passionate about contributing to students’ international learning experiences and supporting their growth beyond the classroom.

This opportunity holds special significance for me. Having never visited Europe, I am eager to experience its rich cultural heritage firsthand — from the profound historical influence of the Renaissance to contemporary German society and innovation. Interacting with German colleagues and students while immersing myself in a new cultural environment will be a transformative life experience.

I am fully aware of the responsibilities involved, including airport pick-up, logistical coordination of city tours and weekend trips, on-site student support in Bielefeld, and effective communication in WeCom/WeChat groups. My experience leading group projects, combined with strong English proficiency, equips me to handle groups of approximately 20 students responsibly and attentively.

I have obtained approval from my department head and hold a valid passport. I am available for both Batch 1 and Batch 2, and am flexible regarding the city tour preference (Berlin or Munich).
